10. Delivery
We aim to deliver all UK orders within 3-7 days if the goods are in stock and all overseas orders are processed and available for despatch within 5-10 days. If the goods you order are Out of Stock we will send the order to you as soon as the product becomes available again. For any expected delays over 7 days, a member of our team will be in contact with you via email to explain the situation. With all export orders customers will be advised delivery schedule on order placement.
11. Cancellation
You have the right to cancel an order and return any goods that may already have been dispatched up to 7 days from the date of receipt providing that the product has not been opened or used except in the case of faulty items (Please see Returns and Refund Policy). You are responsible for all carriage charges for returned items. Our terms and conditions do not affect your statutory rights.
12. Returns and Refund Policy
12.1 Pearl Global Limited and Pearl Car Care Limited strives to ensure that you are delighted with your order. If, for whatever reason you are not entirely happy with your purchase, you may return your goods to us within 28 days of receipt and we will willingly offer you an exchange or, if we choose, a refund. Should you wish to exchange your item(s), you will not be recharged for P&P.
12.2 Please ensure that you follow the returns instructions carefully: - We need to know the reasons for your return, so we can make sure we are constantly improving, so please include all the details with your return. - We also need a method of contacting you, in terms of any questions we may have, so please provide us with your details. Failure to do so may delay your exchange or return.
