Directions for Use
1. Pre‑Clean
Wash the surface thoroughly using a non‑silicone‑based cleaner such as Pearl Universal Cleaner (PL003) or Pearl Wash & Wax (PL015).
2. Inspect the Clay
Ensure the Clay Bar is free from heavy dirt particles that could cause scratching.
3. Lubricate
Wet the surface with Universal Cleaner to provide adequate lubrication.
4. Prepare the Clay
Cut off approximately one quarter of the bar. Roll it into a ball, then flatten it into a pancake‑shaped disc.
5. Decontaminate
Using the flattened clay, move across the surface in an overlapping pattern, similar to sanding.
6. Refresh the Clay
As the exposed face becomes ‘exhausted’, re‑roll the clay into a ball and re‑flatten to expose a fresh working surface.
7. Continue Until Clean
Repeat the process until all contamination has been removed and the surface feels smooth.
8. Store Properly
After use, place the clay back into its re‑sealable plastic box to maintain condition, freshness, and prevent contamination.
