Pearl® Clay Bar is an outstanding problem solving cleaning bar that removes substances including; industrial fall out, paint overspray, tree sap, rail dust, metal foundry dust and ingrained particles from paintwork, glass, plastics, aluminium, polycarbonate and chrome surfaces.
Unique Versatility: Removes paint over-spray including dry dust, airborne drift and over-spray on glazed surfaces from vehicle windows, spray booth windows and light covers.
Fast Action: Saves an incredible amount of precious throughput time and effort over conventional procedures.
Outstanding Performance: No scratching, scraping, compounding or flatting. Removes paintwork contaminants such as emulsion spatter, to leave a smooth blemish free surface.
Safe: No hazardous solvents or acids. Body shop approved.
Directions:
1. Wash the surface thoroughly using non-silicone based such as Pearl® Universal Cleaner PL003 and allow to dry.
2. Check Clay Bar is not contaminated with any heavy dirt particles that could scratch.
3. Wet surface with Universal Cleaner to lube.
4. Cut off a quarter of the bar, roll into a ball then flatten into a pancake shape.
5. Using this flattened piece, move in an overlapping pattern similar to sanding.
6. As the exposed face of the clay becomes ‘exhausted’ re-roll the clay into a ball then re-flatten to expose a fresh face.
7. Continue working until the contamination is removed.
8. After use simply place clay back into re-sealable plastic box to maintain perfect condition, freshness and avoid contamination.
